Services & Details
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, trauma-informed place to explore, heal, and grow, this is a space to do just that. It’s grounded in evidence, guided by curiosity, and flexible enough to meet the moment, because life rarely follows a script.
-
A warm, supportive space for adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
I work with people navigating anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lingering impact of trauma.
You might find yourself overthinking, feeling deeply, or repeating the same dynamics and not quite knowing how to shift them. Therapy gives us a place to slow things down and actually make sense of it—together.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. We’ll look at what’s underneath the surface while also building practical ways to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected in your day-to-day life.
I show up as engaged, curious, and human—therapy with me is thoughtful, real, and sometimes even a little lighter than you might expect.
Location: All therapy services are provided remotely via phone or video for clients in California , Oregon, Michigan, Texas, and New Jersey. Occasionally, my bold fur babies may pop in during sessions—but HIPAA still applies!
Walking sessions are available in San Francisco for those who prefer an in-person experience!
Fees: My standard 45-minute sessions are $265, with 30- or 60-minute options available.
Payment is processed on the day of the session via secure credit card. While I don’t accept insurance, I do provide superbills for potential reimbursement, along with Good Faith Estimates at the start of treatment.

Navigating a relationship can sometimes feel like reading a book in a foreign language—exciting, messy, and full of surprises.
Whether you’re managing conflict, recovering from betrayal, negotiating differences in lifestyle or values, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, therapy can help you move from reactive patterns to more intentional connection.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and humorous—you’ll leave feeling heard, seen, and more equipped to navigate your partnership with empathy and clarity!
I also have a soft spot for working with couples who are navigating the impact of mental health or chronic illness in their relationship. When one or both partners are already doing their own individual work, it can be really helpful to have a shared space where those experiences are understood—without judgment, stigma, or things getting oversimplified. Together, we can make sense of how this shows up between you and find ways to stay connected through it.
Sessions focus on:
Communication strategies that actually work without feeling overly scripted
Repairing ruptures and rebuilding trust
Balancing individuality with togetherness
Recognizing patterns that keep you stuck and creating new, sustainable ways of relating
Couples therapy isn’t about “fixing” one person—it’s about creating a space where both partners can grow, understand each other more deeply, and find ways to thrive together.
Location: Telehealth for couples in California, Oregon, Michigan, Texas, and New Jersey! Don’t see your state? Reach out anyway and let’s chat about options!
Fees: Standard 45-minute couples sessions are $330.

I provide trauma-informed clinical supervision for associate therapists pursuing licensure, with a focus on professional growth, reflection, and skill development — not perfection, not mind-reading, and not pretending imposter syndrome disappears once you start seeing clients.
Sessions offer a safe, supportive space to talk through your clinical work, unpack countertransference, and build confidence in the therapeutic relationship — including the sessions that linger in your head, the ones you replay on the drive home, and the moments that start with, “Was that just me?”
My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in real-world practice. We’ll prioritize open dialogue, creative problem-solving, and attention to self-care and sustainability — because being a good therapist requires more than strong interventions; it requires a nervous system that isn’t constantly running on caffeine and goodwill.
Location & Rates
Supervision is offered virtually, with the option for in-person sessions in San Francisco. My fee is $175 per clinical hour, with weekly note review available for $50. I’m happy to coordinate with outside agencies for an oversight agreement — paperwork included, unnecessary stress not required. -
I provide trauma-informed clinical consultation for mid-career therapists and high-competence clinicians who feel technically sound but relationally stuck. This is for the clinicians doing everything “right” — following best practices, staying organized, maintaining ethical boundaries — and yet still noticing something in the room feels unresolved, stuck, or quietly tense.
If your countertransference is loud but you’re unsure how to use it ethically, or if you want to be more human without becoming uncontained, consultation offers a safe, non-evaluative space to explore these questions. Here, we move beyond managing your internal responses to intentionally using them as a catalyst for powerful work to unfold in session with your clients.
Sessions are collaborative and reflective, focusing on:
Using countertransference and emotional responses as clinical data to deepen therapeutic impact
Navigating relational ruptures and complex dynamics in session
Thinking through case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ethical questions
Strengthening your presence, attunement, and the relational depth of your work
Supporting your own sustainability, self-care, and professional growth
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-world practice. We’ll prioritize curiosity, reflection, and practical strategies that allow you to hold yourself and your clients with clarity, confidence, and compassion — even in the most activating or emotionally charged moments.

Specialties & Focus
I work with adults navigating a variety of life experiences, including challenges with mood or emotional regulation, the lasting impact of trauma, intense or complicated relationships, and the pressures of caregiving or people-pleasing. I especially enjoy supporting those who often find themselves “over-functioning” — whether it’s caring for everyone else, managing difficult relationships, or coping with the long-term effects of trauma or chronic illness. If you’re used to carrying it all on your own, this is a space to be seen, supported, and a little lighter for a while.
-
If you’re often the caregiver, emotional anchor, or “strong one”, this space is for you. You may support someone with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or significant emotional intensity, or have always been the stabilizer or mediator.
Why Support Matters:
Constantly holding space and regulating others can lead to exhaustion, resentment, or numbness
These patterns come from empathy, loyalty, and care—not weakness
Therapy helps you stay grounded while caring deeply
Skills We Explore Together:
Listening to your internal signals
Tolerating discomfort without over-functioning
Clarifying when to lean in and when to step back
Staying connected to yourself in intense relationships
Therapy here is about restoring balance—allowing you to keep your empathy without losing your center, refill what’s been depleted, and reconnect with yourself beyond holding everything together.

Many people face the long-term impact of trauma and chronic illness, including conditions that affect energy, autonomic functioning, and overall capacity, such as dysautonomia, post-viral conditions like Long COVID, and other invisible illnesses.
The Emotional Impact:
Feeling disempowered by your body
Wanting to do more than your symptoms allow
Navigating limitations that may be misunderstood or minimized
Goals in Therapy:
Cultivate self-compassion
Rebuild trust with your body
Set goals that honor your energy, capacity, and natural rhythms
Challenge assumptions that prioritize productivity or “pushing through”
This creates a space where your experience does not need to be justified, your worth is not tied to what your body can do, and you can work toward a life that feels sustainable, compassionate, and grounded in your reality.
Whether you’re managing ongoing symptoms, navigating fluctuating energy, or living with an unpredictable or invisible condition, therapy supports your mental health, well-being, and sense of agency.
